Positions Available :-

Branch Manager :-

- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of collection, sales, customer service, and documentation activities.
- Achieve branch-level sales, disbursement, and business targets.
- Develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch employees.
- Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle important customer concerns and escalations.

Assistant Branch Manager :-

- Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.
- Support smooth coordination between sales, collection, and customer service teams.
- Take responsibility for branch operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.
- Support the branch in achieving assigned sales and business targets.
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting leads.




- Promote the company’s financial/loan products.
- Ensure customer applications and required documents are properly collected.
- Support KYC, field verification, and loan documentation processes.

Senior Executive :-

- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.
- Explain and promote the company’s loan/financial products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Submit daily activity, sales, collection, and customer visit reports.
- Maintain records of leads, applications, collections, and follow-ups.
- Update the reporting manager on target achievement and pending activities.
