About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler – Scan to BIM to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit using Point Cloud / Laser Scan data and delivering high-quality BIM outputs as per project requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit from Point Cloud / Laser Scan data.
- Work on Scan-to-BIM projects from LOD 200 to LOD 400, based on project requirements.
- Model architectural and structural elements including walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, columns, beams, stairs, ceilings, etc.
- Interpret point cloud data and existing-condition information accurately.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and other BIM deliverables.
- Perform model QA/QC and verify model geometry against point cloud data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on technical requirements, scope, modeling standards, and project queries.

Required Skills





- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud to Revit workflows.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk ReCap and RCP/RCS point cloud files.
- Positive understanding of LOD 200, LOD 300, and LOD 400 requirements.
- Understanding of model accuracy, tolerances, coordinates, levels, and alignment.
- Experience working on US or international projects.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and workflows.
- Good technical communication skills and ability to participate in client calls.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Navisworks.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Understanding of USIBD Level of Accuracy (LOA) concepts
