- 4+ years of hands-on experience in BIM Modeling – Architectural & Structural.
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit – Architecture & Structure.
- Experience in developing BIM models up to LOD 500.
- Strong knowledge of Clash Detection & BIM Coordination using Navisworks.
- Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation & Management.
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud Modeling.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Ability to develop models from 2D drawings, CAD files and point-cloud data.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, model QA/QC and coordination workflows.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Experience in GCC / Middle East projects will be an added advantage.
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Pay: ₹19,388.91 - ₹60,284.54 per month
