Role Description The BIM Modeler role at Design Genesisx Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring that design intent and construction requirements are accurately represented. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating construction drawings, coordinating models with other project stakeholders, and resolving clashes and inconsistencies within the BIM environment.

The BIM Modeler will collaborate with architects, engineers,



and project managers to support design development, documentation, and project delivery, while adhering to established standards and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM Modeler.
- Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to translate design concepts into detailed digital models.
- Experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination within BIM workflows.
- Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar tools).
- Valuable understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; prior BIM project experience is highly desirable.
