About the Role

BIMTECH SERVICES LLP is looking for a BIM Engineer / BIM Architect / BIM Modeller with minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM and Autodesk Revit.

The candidate should be proficient in developing architectural BIM models from design inputs and should be comfortable working closely with Architects and Designers to understand and translate design intent into accurate Revit models.

The role requires strong Revit modeling skills, understanding of architectural drawings and detailing, Revit Family creation/modification, and experience working in a collaborative BIM environment using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma Design Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit based on design drawings, CAD files, sketches, markups and other design inputs.
- Model architectural elements including walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, railings, façade components and other architectural elements.
- Develop BIM models through different project stages and required Levels of Development (LOD).
- Coordinate directly with Architects and Designers to understand design intent, identify missing information and incorporate design revisions into the BIM model.
- Create, modify and manage Revit Families, including parametric architectural families as required by projects.
- Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, views,



sheets, worksets and other BIM standards.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, schedules and other documentation directly from Revit models.
- Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma Design Collaboration for cloud-based model collaboration, sharing, reviewing and coordinating design information.
- Work with linked models and coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify model conflicts, inconsistencies and coordination issues and communicate them to the relevant project/design team.
- Implement design changes and maintain model accuracy throughout project development.
- Follow company and project-specific BIM standards, templates and modeling procedures.
- Perform model checks and basic QA/QC before publishing or sharing BIM models.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience working on Architectural BIM projects.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Good experience in Architectural BIM modeling and documentation.
- Experience in Revit Family creation and modification.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, CAD drawings, sections, elevations and design details.




- Ability to understand architectural design intent and translate it accurately into BIM models.
- Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or Forma Design Collaboration.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to coordinate with Architects, Designers and BIM team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to independently manage assigned BIM modeling tasks.

Preferred Skills Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:
- Autodesk Navisworks
- BIM coordination and clash detection
- Dynamo / Revit automation
- Advanced Revit Family creation
- ACC Docs and Design Collaboration workflows
- BIM model QA/QC
- Experience working on medium to large architectural projects

Educational Qualification Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.

Candidates with strong Architectural BIM experience and relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is strongly hands-on with Revit and enjoys developing architectural BIM models.

The ideal candidate should be able to take design information from Architects and Designers, understand the intended design, identify gaps or inconsistencies, communicate with the design team where clarification is required, and independently develop and maintain a coordinated Architectural Revit model.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
