Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using industry-standard software.

- Produce coordinated shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), and installation shop drawings (ISD).

- Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.

- Support project delivery through model reviews, construction simulations, and technical presentations.

- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and company procedures.

- Assist project teams in improving BIM processes and digital engineering practices.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.

- Minimum

5 years of BIM experience

,



preferably focused on MEP works.

- Proven experience on

Data Center projects and large-scale infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, transportation, or complex commercial developments

.

- Advanced proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

, and other BIM tools.

- Solid knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, shop drawing production, and BIM execution processes.

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving technical design clashes.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deliverables.
