Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Patient Registration and Admission: Collect and verify personal details, payment preferences, and insurance information upon patient entry.

- Inpatient and Outpatient Billing: Prepare detailed and accurate bills for OP (Outpatient), IP (Inpatient), ER (Emergency Room), and pharmacy services using hospital management software.

- Medical Coding and Verification: Translate medical diagnoses and treatments into standard codes to match hospital tariffs.

- Insurance and TPA Coordination: Process pre-authorizations, handle cashless claims, and coordinate with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) or insurance companies for claim settlements.

- Discharge Management: Ensure smooth and quick discharge billing procedures by settling deductibles, co-payments, and non-payable items with patients.

- Dispute Resolution: Handle billing queries, explain charges clearly to patients, and resolve claim denials or rejections.

- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, collection, and outstanding payment reports for management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
