Billing & Invoicing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team and handle day-to-day billing and invoice-related work.

What you’ll be doing

- Checking and organizing challans
- Scanning and maintaining challan records
- Preparing customer invoices
- Updating and syncing invoices in Tally
- Sharing/distributing invoices to the concerned teams
- Maintaining records of rejected or incorrect invoices
- Checking billing rates and making sure invoices are accurate
- Matching invoices between Tally and ERP
- Checking billing data and batches for accuracy
- Handling IRN-related invoice work
- Coordinating with the team for any billing or invoice corrections

What we’re looking for:




- Basic knowledge of Tally is required
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of billing and invoicing
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and records
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply

Location: Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Experience: 1-2 years minimum
