WE’RE HIRING – Biling executive (Beauty/Cosmetic/Jewellery Store)

Position: Biling executive (Male & Female both can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate accurate customer bills/invoices using the POS or billing software.
- Process payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Verify product names, quantities, prices, discounts, offers, and applicable taxes before completing billing.
- Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancelled bills according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and payment transactions.
- Reconcile the cash drawer and digital payments at the end of each shift/day.
- Check and verify promotional discounts, loyalty benefits, coupons, and special offers.
- Provide customers with bills, receipts, warranty information, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and store teams regarding product prices, stock availability, discounts, and billing issues.
- Ensure all products are correctly scanned and billed before handing them over to the customer.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling cash and customer transaction details.
- Identify and report billing discrepancies, duplicate transactions, payment failures, or system errors to the supervisor.
- Assist with daily sales reports, cash closing, and end-of-day settlement procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised billing counter.
- Provide polite and effective customer service and resolve routine billing queries.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, POS operations, refunds, security, and store compliance.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Good client handling skills

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field (preferred)
