Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing & Planning Engineer who is responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and preparation of client and subcontractor bills. The role ensures timely project execution, accurate billing, and effective coordination between site, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against planned milestones.
- Track project activities and update progress reports and MIS.
- Prepare, verify, and submit client RA (Running Account) bills.
- Verify and process subcontractor bills based on work completed.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect measurements and billing data.
- Monitor project quantities, BOQs, and work completion status.
- Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and project tracking.
- Maintain billing records, project documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and the accounts team for billing approvals and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in project forecasting, cost monitoring, and project closure documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in project planning and billing, preferably in MEP contracting.
- Knowledge of BOQs, quantity verification, RA billing, and project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings and project documentation.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Primavera P6 is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
