BFSI Trainer – Sales & Customer Service- Mumbai- Thane

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BFSI Trainer – Sales & Customer Service to design and deliver industry-oriented training programs for learners and professionals. The candidate should have strong BFSI domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on training/facilitation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver classroom and virtual training programs focused on BFSI Sales, Customer Service, products, processes, and workplace skills.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) and identify learner skill gaps.
- Develop and update training content, presentations, case studies, role plays, simulations, and other learning materials.
- Use interactive training methodologies to ensure learner engagement and retention.
- Conduct quizzes, assessments, practical exercises, and role plays to evaluate learner performance.
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and remedial support to improve learner outcomes.
- Monitor attendance, learner progress, assessments, and key training performance indicators.
- Keep training content updated with BFSI industry trends, regulations, products,



and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to meet training and project requirements.
- Address learner queries and ensure effective communication throughout the training program.

Desired Profile

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant BFSI experience, preferably in Sales, Customer Service, Training, or Learning & Development.
- Solid understanding of BFSI products, operations, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training platforms.
- Strong classroom management, learner engagement, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt training approaches to different learner needs.
- Training/Adult Learning or relevant BFSI certification will be an added advantage.
