Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Bengali Language Expert to contribute to LLM training, evaluation, and linguistic data workflows . The role requires excellent Bengali language proficiency and solid analytical skills for evaluating AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, annotate, and evaluate Bengali-language datasets for LLM training.
- Assess AI responses for grammar, fluency, accuracy, relevance, and naturalness .
- Perform Bengali ↔ English translation and localization .
- Evaluate prompts and conversations for instruction-following and linguistic quality.
- Identify cultural, contextual, factual, and linguistic errors in AI outputs.

Key Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Bengali language, linguistics, translation, content, or AI-data work.
- Native or near-native Bengali proficiency .
- Strong English ↔ Bengali translation skills.
- Experience with annotation, content evaluation, localization, or AI/LLM training workflows .
- Strong knowledge of Bengali grammar, vocabulary, dialects, and cultural context .
