VirtuoUS Tech Inc. is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team!

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter & US IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience: 2-4 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote bench consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
- Source requirements from vendors, implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Manage consultant submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Negotiate rates and placement terms.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.

• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.





Required Skills 24 years of experience in US Bench Sales & US IT Recruitment

Strong knowledge of the US staffing market

Understanding of H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD & TN

Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, JobDiva/Ceipal, and other job portals

Strong skills in consultant marketing, submissions, vendor management, and rate negotiation

Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills

Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models preferred

Comfortable working in a target-driven setting
