Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Hitechcity, Hyderabad.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will manage and market available consultants (“bench” candidates) to clients and vendors, identify suitable opportunities, and negotiate rates and terms.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with implementation partners and direct clients, submitting qualified resumes, following up on interview schedules, and tracking the status of submittals. The role involves sourcing new requirements, understanding client needs,



coordinating with consultants for documentation and onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment and sales tracking systems.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to meet placement targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong bench sales and IT recruitment skills, including marketing consultants, negotiating rates, and closing placements.
- Candidates should possess excellent relationship-building and communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Candidates should possess skills in requirement analysis, candidate screening, and resume formatting tailored to client needs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, qualified networking platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of IT services and consulting domains such as application development, project management, business analysis, testing/qualification, and infrastructure-related roles.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.
- Relevant experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or IT recruiter, preferably in consulting or staffing environments, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
