We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and guest-oriented Bell Boy to join our Front Office team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, transportation, room orientation, and other guest services while ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Handle guest luggage carefully and deliver it to/from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about the hotel and facilities.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and other travel requirements.
- Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and luggage area.
- Assist with luggage storage and maintain proper records.
- Support the Front Office team during check-in and check-out.
- Ensure all guest belongings are handled safely and responsibly.
- Maintain professional grooming and courteous behaviour at all times.
- Follow hotel SOPs and safety standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4/5-star hotel or resort preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service orientation.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling guest luggage.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Freshers with a relevant hospitality qualification may also be considered.
