Role Description The Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for guiding customers through their self-care and beauty journeys. This role includes understanding customer needs, recommending suitable Kimirica products, and demonstrating proper usage and skincare routines.

The Beauty

Consultant will provide personalized consultations, maintain product displays and cleanliness, and support retail sales targets.



Day-to-day responsibilities also involve educating customers on product ingredients and benefits, handling customer queries and feedback, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Kimirica’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in cosmetology and skin care to provide informed, personalized beauty and wellness consultations.
- Candidates should possess strong product knowledge to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage across Kimirica’s range of self-care and lifestyle products.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to create welcoming experiences, build trust, and handle queries and concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess retail sales skills to recommend products effectively, support sales targets, and manage in-store promotions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in beauty retail or hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and local languages, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
