Position: Beautician

Department: Salon

Reporting To: Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional beauty and salon services to clients.
- Perform facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, and pedicures.
- Conduct basic skin and beauty consultations and recommend suitable services or products.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation at all times.
- Prepare the treatment area, tools, equipment, and products before each service.
- Understand clients’ requirements through proper consultation and provide services accordingly.
- Follow salon SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of client services and requirements.
- Recommend suitable salon packages, products, and additional services when appropriate.
- Handle clients professionally and ensure a comfortable and positive salon experience.
- Keep beauty equipment, tools, and workstations clean, organized,



and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the Salon Manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty techniques, products, treatments, and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications Required
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and salon services.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and presentation.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant Beautician/Beauty & Wellness certification or prior salon experience is preferred.

Working Hours As per the salon shift schedule.

Pay: ₹15,254.75 - ₹18,534.16 per month
