Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the IT services sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Handle international and domestic IT service clients.

- Lead sales discussions, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.

- Manage and guide the BDE/Business Development team.

- Track sales pipeline, leads, conversions, and revenue targets.

- Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
