About the Role

BLR Brewing Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beverages, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to deliver a great bar experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of beverages.
- Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the team for stock requirements.
- Follow all SOPs and responsible alcohol-service practices.
- Handle guest requests and service concerns professionally.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.




- Coordinate with the service and operations teams for smooth bar operations.
- Maintain a positive and qualified work environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, brewery, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and beverage service.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
