Are you a coffee lover with a passion for great service? Bark and Brew is looking for an energetic, reliable, and skilled Barista to join our team! If you have hands-on experience crafting specialty coffee on commercial espresso machines (such as Rancilio, La Marzocco, or Nuova Simonelli) and love working in a lively cafe environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and beverages consistently and efficiently.

- Operate and maintain commercial espresso equipment (Rancilio / semi-automatic espresso machines), including dosing, tamping, grinding, and milk steaming for latte art.

- Perform daily calibration, backwashing, group head cleaning, and routine maintenance on coffee machinery and grinders.

- Provide friendly, warm, and attentive customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.

- Maintain a clean, hygienic,



and well-organized counter and work area.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Barista in a cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant.

- Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrated experience operating commercial espresso machines (Rancilio experience or similar commercial machines preferred).

- Skills: Solid understanding of espresso extraction, grind calibration, milk texturing, and basic latte art.

- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.

- Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends, mornings, and holidays as required).
