The BBS Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring correct reinforcement detailing for high-rise residential projects. The role supports the project team in achieving structural accuracy, material optimization, timely execution, and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing detailed Bar Bending Schedules for all reinforced concrete elements based on approved structural drawings.

- Reviewing structural drawings, design calculations, and specifications to ensure correct interpretation of reinforcement requirements.

- Coordinating with Structural Engineers, Site Engineers, and QA/QC teams for verification and approval of BBS before execution.

- Ensuring reinforcement detailing is constructible, safe, and in compliance with project specifications.

- Maintaining accurate records of reinforcement quantities, cutting lengths,



bending shapes, and material requirements.

- Assisting in material procurement and inventory planning for reinforcement bars to optimize usage and minimize wastage.

- Supporting site execution by providing clarifications on reinforcement placement and cutting/bending instructions.

- Preparing progress reports, BBS summaries, and material consumption reports for project management.

- Developing, implementing, and improving the quality, health, safety, and environmental systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
