Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments while maintaining excellent customer service and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.

- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.

- Take customer orders accurately and process cash/card/digital payments.

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, equipment, and work area.

- Restock coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as required.

- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when stock levels are low.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

- Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.

- Support other café operations and team members during busy periods.

- Ensure beverages are presented attractively and served promptly.





Requirements

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.

- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
