Role Description This is a full-time, in office Barista role located in Mumbai. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages and café items, following established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include operating espresso machines and brewing equipment, handling food preparation for baked items and accompaniments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service to create a welcoming café experience. The role also involves restocking supplies, supporting opening and closing procedures,



and working closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests professionally and create a friendly café environment.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso extraction, coffee brewing techniques, and basic knowledge of specialty coffee.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with guests and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to handle baked goods and café menu items safely and consistently.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards in a café or restaurant setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and grow with a developing specialty coffee brand.
