Finance Manager - Client Finance Operations
Background
We are seeking a Finance Manager to support our Workplace Management (WPM) client operations across the region. This role focuses on providing dedicated financial oversight and analytical support for client engagements, where JLL delivers both direct resources and agency services. The position requires strong client relationship management skills and expertise in financial governance, compliance,



and strategic reporting to ensure optimal service delivery and cost management for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Financial Management
• Lead comprehensive spend tracking and analysis across all client accounts and service lines
• Maintain client financial governance frameworks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Oversee budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis for client operations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes specific to client engagements

Day-to-Day Financial Operations
• Track and monitor invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing to clients
• Oversee payment processing and cash application for client accounts
• Manage month-end accruals and deferrals to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Conduct daily reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable balances
• Monitor invoice approvals and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and clients
