We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role
We're looking for a Lead, Creator Marketing to build Atlys' creator engine from zero - the playbook, the creator network, and the team that turns creator-led content into visa applications. You'll run this at real volume: a hundred-plus videos a month across everything from nano creators telling their own visa story to celebrity partnerships, and tens of millions of views behind them. Almost none of it exists yet. What you build in the first six months is what this function runs on for years.

The Job
• Build and own the creator playbook across platforms and creator tiers, deciding where every rupee goes, which tiers earn more of it, and why.





• Own the channel P&L; end to end, setting the budget split across creator tiers and destinations and defending it on cost per visit and cost per application, not views.

• Negotiate and close the highest-value creator and celebrity partnerships personally, setting the commercial standard the rest of the team works to.

• Hire, ramp and lead a small pod across sourcing, creative and operations, and build the process that lets it run at volume without quality falling over.

• Report the channel honestly to leadership every week, what worked, what didn't, what you're changing and hand the winning creative to paid amplification.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
• Have 6–7 years in creator or influencer marketing, including real time owning a budget and a number rather than executing someone else's plan.

• Are equally at home in a spreadsheet and a creative review,
