Roles & Responsibilities
Production Planning & BU Coordination
• Coordinate closely with Business Unit (BU), Supply Chain, and Central Planning teams to develop and execute monthly, quarterly,
and annual production plans for specialty chemical products.
• Ensure alignment of third-party manufacturing capacities with business demand forecasts and customer requirements.
• Monitor production plan adherence and proactively address capacity constraints, raw material shortages, and operational bottlenecks.
• Drive inventory optimization through effective production scheduling and coordination with planning teams.
Third-Party Manufacturing Management
• Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations at third-party facilities to ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
• Establish performance KPIs for third-party manufacturers and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with approved manufacturing processes, batch records, change management procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
