This position is responsible for consultation pertaining to HR practices and policies for assigned client groups or specific discipline. The responsibilities could include consultation on the portfolio of HR programs and initiatives or acting as a subject matter expert for an HR discipline with the intent to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Human Resources function.

Manage an effective working relationship with the Recruitment Team and key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment services are meeting the needs of the company
Provide recruitment support and services to mitigate business exposure to employee related liabilities
Provide recruitment advice and market data to support new business proposals, remuneration reviews and growth strategies
Align, advocate, and communicate consistent recruitment process to internal and external stakeholders
Lead recruitment function or support HR recruitment manager, and departments in sourcing, interviewing/screening, making offers, and initial stages of on-boarding candidates
