What You Will Do

• Identify inpatient/observation accounts requiring Notification of Admission (NOA).
• Submit notifications through payer portals, EDI, fax, or phone calls.
• Initiate non-clinical authorizations where applicable.
• Document authorization/reference numbers accurately in the system.
• Follow up on pending, rejected, and denied submissions.
• Ensure compliance with payer timeliness requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in system notes and billing summaries.
• Handle AR follow-up activities and payer communications.
• Work on denials, rejections, LOAs, and claim corrections.
• Adhere to HIPAA, information security, and confidentiality requirements.

What You Will Need

• Graduate degree.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Experience handling payer communication channels (portals, EDI, fax, and calls).
• Understanding of AR Follow-up and Denial Management processes.




• Experience with NOA (Notification of Admission) processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience in authorization, denial prevention, and payer follow-up activities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet productivity targets.
