The Lead Solution Consultant is a senior individual contributor within the DMS Value Stream, responsible for leading the delivery of complex solutions that meet Standard Guild design and client needs.
The Lead Solution Consultant applies deep domain and technical expertise to drive high-quality solution outcomes, manage mid- to large-scale initiatives,
and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across projects and Value Streams
What you will be responsible for,
• Lead Solution Build and Delivery: Own end-to-end solution build for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements, Standard Guild designs, and delivery best practices.
• Provide Advanced Analysis and Guidance: Translate complex solution designs into robust solution architectures, solution designs, and delivery plans.
• Drive Project Execution: Lead solution workstreams within projects, coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving ambiguities.
• Ensure Quality and Consistency: Review solution designs, build items, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and lon
