We are looking for an experienced Backend Team Leader to manage the backend team, monitor daily operations, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain accuracy and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the backend team.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely completion of backend and operational activities.
- Maintain and monitor MIS reports and team data.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Check data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Track team productivity and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Train and guide team members whenever required.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Ensure company processes and SOPs are followed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
