: Executive / Sr. Executive Backend Operations

Position Overview The Executive / Sr. Executive Backend Operations will play a critical role in ensuring smooth functioning of MSM Unify’s Channel Partner Business Division. This role focuses on managing paperwork, coordinating lead flow, and facilitating seamless communication between channel partners and universities to support admission targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Paperwork & Documentation
- Handle admission-related paperwork, agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications, consultant contracts, and university communications.
- Ensure timely submission and verification of required documents.

- Lead Flow Management
- Track, manage, and update student leads generated through channel partners.
- Ensure proper allocation of leads to consultants and monitor conversion progress.
- Generate periodic reports on lead status, pipeline health, and admission outcomes.

- Channel Partner Coordination
- Act as the backend support for channel partners, addressing queries and operational requirements.
- Provide partners with updated information on programs, admissions, and university requirements.
- Assist in onboarding recent partners by managing backend processes and documentation.

- University Coordination
- Liaise with universities to ensure smooth admission processing and compliance.




- Coordinate with academic institutions for program updates, seat availability, and admission timelines.
- Support escalation management by resolving operational issues between partners and universities.

- Operational Efficiency
- Maintain CRM systems and backend tools to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better partner and student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in backend operations, channel partner support, or education services.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
