- 2-3 years of backend experience at product companies.
- CS/Engineering degree (IITs / top NITs preferred).
- Expertise in Java/J2EE or .NET (C#) and design patterns.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
- Experience building scalable web services.
- Proficiency with MySQL / Postgres / SQL Server / MongoDB.
- Experience with profiling, performance tuning, and writing unit and automation tests.
- Experience with e-commerce applications.
