Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Synopsis

Build and scale integration-first backend systems that connect enterprise platforms reliably, securely, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build highly scalable, extensible backend services alongside the architect.
- Own API integrations end to end, from design and development to monitoring.
- Build observability into every service you ship.
- Use AI tools (Claude or similar) to move faster in coding, debugging, and design.

Must Have





- Solid Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on with GCP or AWS.
- Observability: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
- Solid experience with REST/API integrations.
- Uses AI tools like Claude in daily work, and is tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools.
- Experience working in product-based companies (at least 1–2 years).

Good to Have

- Integration experience with payment gateways or ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.

Preferred

- B.Tech / M.Tech from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
