Role Description

This is a full time, fully remote role. As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your daily tasks will include implementing APIs, managing data storage solutions, collaborating with front-end developers, and integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.

What we are looking for

- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with Front-End Development and general Programming skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with database management and meta frameworks (we only use Next.js)




- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with AI-powered tools and JAMstack is a plus
- Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability (caching, load balancing, monitoring)
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (Salesforce, CRM, analytics, marketing automation tools)
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.

Bonus Points

- Lots of experience with Next.js
- Familiarity with frontend, but not a requirement
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and serverless patterns
- Contributions to open-source or developer communities.
