Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with backend technologies, an understanding of database management, and a focus on performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services to support front-end applications.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.
- Optimize database queries and server processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.




- Develop unit tests and perform debugging to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend infrastructure, databases, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continued improvement of the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python and Django.
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
