We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Back Office Executive to join our administrative team. In this role, you will handle vital backend administrative tasks, manage documentation, update record databases, and support front-office and department teams to ensure efficient daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Data & Documentation: Input, update, and maintain accurate records across internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
- Administrative Support: Assist cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks, filing, scanning, document formatting, and report generation.
- Communication & Coordination: Process internal correspondence, handle customer or client email inquiries, and route communication to appropriate departments.
- Order & Workflow Processing: Review, verify, and process incoming orders, invoices, forms, or applications following established workflows.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supplies, track inventory levels, and place vendor orders as needed.




- Compliance & Confidentiality: Manage sensitive company and customer information with strict adherence to privacy guidelines.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, higher secondary credential, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus.
- Typing & Accuracy: Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Robust organizational skills, effective written communication, and the ability to multitask effectively under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
