About the Role

Minsulate Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Head to drive the company’s pan-India sales through its dealer, distributor and retailer network. The role will be responsible for overall B2C business growth, sales planning, channel expansion, revenue achievement and team management.

The candidate should have strong experience in channel sales/distribution-led sales, preferably in building materials, insulation, construction products, industrial products, hardware, electricals, paints, sanitaryware or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

- Own the overall B2C sales function and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- Drive sales through distributors, dealers and retailers across assigned markets.
- Identify new markets and expand Minsulate’s distribution and retail network.
- Develop strategies to increase product penetration, repeat orders and market share.
- Monitor sales performance by region, product, channel and customer.

Dealer / Distributor / Retailer Management

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key distributors, dealers and retailers.
- Appoint new channel partners in untapped markets.
- Define and monitor distributor/dealer targets, business plans and market coverage.
- Ensure regular secondary sales and channel movement.
- Address channel-related issues including pricing, service, stock availability and collections.
- Develop schemes, incentives and channel initiatives in coordination with management.

Business & Market Development

- Study competitor activities, pricing, distribution models and market trends.




- Identify opportunities for geographic and product expansion.
- Strengthen Minsulate’s presence across retail and distribution markets.
- Work closely with management, production, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and collections.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain regular sales MIS and channel performance reports.
- Forecast sales and communicate market requirements to management.
- Track target achievement, new dealer appointments, distributor productivity and outstanding receivables.

Team Management (only for Head position)

- Lead and manage the B2C sales team across regions.
- Set individual and regional sales targets and review performance regularly.
- Guide Sales Managers/Regional Managers on market development and channel expansion.
- Conduct periodic sales reviews and drive accountability against targets.
- Coach the team on sales strategy, negotiation and channel management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 7–8 years of relevant sales experience, with significant exposure to B2C/channel/distribution sales.
- Proven experience in managing dealers, distributors and retailers.
- Experience in building and managing geographically distributed sales teams.
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-management and communication skills.
- Commercially strong with good understanding of sales targets, margins, schemes and collections.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India/ region.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
