About the Role

Truelabs is looking for a driven B2B SaaS Sales Executive to grow our business across Jaipur, primarily targeting restaurants, cafés, QSRs and restaurant chains.

This is a hunter sales role where you will generate leads, connect with business owners, conduct product demos, follow up and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate your own leads through cold calling, Google Maps, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and field visits.
- Connect confidently with restaurant owners, founders and decision-makers.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Understand customer pain points and communicate Truelabs' value proposition effectively.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — Prospecting → Meeting → Demo → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closing.
- Maintain leads, follow-ups and deal stages in CRM.
- Travel across Jaipur for customer meetings approximately 2–3 days/week.
- Target 8–10 qualified demos per week.
- Work towards generating ₹1 lakh+ new MRR per month.

Important Selection Criteria We are specifically looking for candidates with:





- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills — this is an important selection criterion.
- Confidence in speaking with founders, owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, restaurant-tech, POS, CRM, food-tech or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable with field sales and travelling across Jaipur.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and persistent attitude.
