About the Role

We are seeking an experienced real estate skilled for Commercial Real Estate Supply & Market Intelligence function for Pune. The role will be responsible for maintaining high-quality market intelligence, managing the commercial office supply database, tracking office developments and providing actionable insights to support leasing, transactions & business development.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Pune commercial real estate market & excellent stakeholder-management skills.





Key Responsibilities

*Market Intelligence & Supply Management*

* Maintain the Pune commercial office supply and availability database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Track existing, under-construction and upcoming commercial developments across key micro-markets.
* Monitor vacancy, absorption, upcoming supply, rentals, transactions and overall market movements.
* Conduct regular market surveys and validate information through field intelligence and market interactions.
* Identify emerging developments, landlords, opportunities and changes in market dynamics.

*Business & Transaction Support*

* Provide market intelligence and supply insights to Leasing, Tenant Representation, Transactions and Business Development teams.
* Support teams with availability searches, market comparisons, location analysis and landlord intelligence.
* Identify potential opportunities through analysis of upc
