The Engineer is responsible for contributing to the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle for wireless communication systems.



The role supports product research and development by participating in design, implementation, testing, integration, and continuous improvement activities, while working within established architectural guidance and engineering processes.

Mandatory skills:
• Candidate should possess hands on experience on Layer-1, algorithm design, implementation and optimization on DSP, ASSP Processors, FPGA platform

• Design, implement and test real-time L1 Baseband software for 5G-NR, LTE-A, O-RAN nodes on ARM CPU Cores and DSP cores

• Experience in L1 SW optimization for performance, memory utilization on real-time embedded DSP platform and ensure that design meets performance requirements.

• Should be specialized in system engineering aspects, design and evaluate complex algorithms in MATLAB/C Environment.

• Should have in depth knowledge of 3GPP layer 1 specifications & Algorithms for 4G /NB-IoT/5G, ORAN Split definitions, Conformance Test Criterions
