Position Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing all data and information systems related to mall operations, generating comprehensive reports, maintaining databases, and providing analytical insights to support management decision-making.
This role ensures accurate data flow across all departments and delivers timely management information for strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update comprehensive databases for tenants, lease agreements, contracts, and vendor information
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management review
• Prepare footfall analysis reports, sales tracking, and occupancy status updates
• Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems
Performance Analytics
• Analyze tenant sales performance, revenue trends, and collection efficiency
• Monitor and report on common area maintenance (CAM) charges, utility consumption, and operational expenses
• Track footfall patterns, peak hours, demographic trends, and visitor analytics
• Prepare comparative analysis repor
