We build AI-powered products for healthcare and other industries, and help enterprises move from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures. Our offshore team in India works directly with our US architects on real client and product work.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on full stack developer who can build and ship cloud-native applications on AWS, from the React front end through serverless APIs to data and AI services. You'll work on our AI products and on client modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications using React/TypeScript on the front end and Python or Node.js on the back end.
- Develop serverless APIs and microservices using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
- Implement authentication and authorization with Amazon Cognito and IAM, following least-privilege principles.
- Work with AWS data services such as DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora, and S3.
- Integrate LLM and agentic AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock (including AgentCore), RAG pipelines, and frameworks such as Strands, CrewAI, or LangChain.
- Write infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or similar).
- Write unit and integration tests,



take part in code reviews, and document your work.
- Collaborate with US-based architects and clients during overlap hours, and raise risks or blockers early.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of full stack development experience building on AWS.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Solid back-end skills in Python and/or Node.js; Java Spring Boot is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Solid grasp of REST API design, JSON, OAuth2/JWT, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
- Proficiency with Git and agile delivery (Jira, sprint ceremonies).
- Good written and spoken English for working directly with US teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Agentcore, Strands, LLM integration, RAG, vector databases, or MCP servers.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation/guardrails.
- Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact-center/voice AI services.
- Containers (Docker, ECS/EKS).
- AWS certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate).
- Use of AI coding tools such as Kiro, Claude Code, or similar.
