Key Responsibilities

- Originate investment banking mandates across M&A;, PE fundraising, structured finance, debt & equity transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, promoters, corporates, PE/VC firms and institutional investors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through client acquisition and relationship building
- Lead client pitches, presentations and business development discussions
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential mandates and track relevant market/deal opportunities
- Work closely with execution teams to drive transactions through to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams on pitch decks, financial models, valuations and due diligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities

What Were Looking For

- 5–12 years of experience in Investment Banking,



Corporate Finance or Private Equity
- Proven track record in deal origination / business development
- Strong network among corporates, promoters, CXOs, PE/VCs and institutional investors
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation and deal structuring
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred: MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA
