AVP - Core Analytics | 12 Years | IndiaSummary An exciting opportunity for an experienced Core Analytics Leader to drive analytics consulting, client engagement, and large-scale data and AI initiatives. You will play a key role in providing technical direction, managing client relationships, leading analytics teams, and delivering creative solutions across the Insurance Value Chain.

This role is ideal for a senior analytics skilled with robust expertise across Data Science, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Databricks, and advanced analytics. Candidates with prior consulting/implementation experience, preferably with Life Insurance clients, will be well suited for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with client and internal teams to establish strong stakeholder relationships and identify current opportunities and areas of growth.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Lead project, client, and team management, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of project issues.
- Drive adherence to industry best practices and coordinate closely with delivery teams.




- Identify business and process pain points, diagnose inefficiencies, and develop effective solutions.
- Provide technical direction across data modeling, data manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

- 12 years of Core Analytics experience across Data Science, GenAI, Large Language Models, ML/AI Model Development, Data Engineering, and Databricks.
- Strong experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and model evaluation.
- Prior Consulting / Implementation experience, preferably with Life Insurance clients.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle practices, including deployment support, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
- Experience with tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native ML platforms.
- Experience with any cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Strong experience managing direct client engagements and working in dual-shore delivery models.
- Complete understanding of Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
