Key Responsibilities:

- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, test, and deploy enhancements within the Avature recruitment and onboarding modules.
- BAU Operations & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational support, investigation, root cause diagnosis, and issue resolution for Avature users.
- Feature Implementation & Testing: Implement current platform features, design test scenarios, and lead regression testing cycles during scheduled system updates.
- Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Gather business requirements from talent acquisition stakeholders, map end-to-end recruitment workflows, and translate them into system configurations.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and coordinate with external IT platform vendors for escalations, system fixes,



and roadmap development.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements:

- Demonstrated solid experience working with enterprise recruitment platforms, with strong hands-on configuration experience in Avature (preferred) or similar ATS platforms (Taleo, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM).
- Strong functional or techno-functional understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding business processes.
- Proven ability to configure system workflows, fields, forms, candidate pipelines, and automated notifications.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Immediate joiner available to support full-time IST hours on a 6-month contract.
