Role Purpose:
Provide onsite technical support for electrical infrastructure and AV/UCC systems across ITS India, ensuring reliable operation and technical support for business-critical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical systems and infrastructure
- AV/UCC system installation, commissioning and support
- Meeting and training room readiness
- Technical dry runs and event support
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- AV/UCC projects and technology upgrades
- Vendor and AMC coordination
- Asset and technical documentation
- Multi-site technical support across Chennai and Indore
