- Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Understand the requirement and plan the automation
- Understand the current manual process by discussing with users, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and check their feasibility.
- Gather the required inputs, access, and dependencies before starting the work.
- Prepare a easy design or flow for the automation and get it confirmed.
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and standards for multi-cloud environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
- Develop Python-based automation scripts, APIs, and orchestration workflows.
- Build end-to-end automated solutions for cloud infrastructure and network services.
- Integrate automation with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
- Automate operational tasks, compliance checks, governance controls, and reporting.
- Work with Cloud, Network, Security, and DevOps teams to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize deployment processes.
- Create technical documentation, design documents,



and operational runbooks.
