Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere A360 APA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere A360 and Agentic Process Automation (APA) and experience building scalable automation solutions using AI agents, document automation, process discovery, intelligent workflows, APIs, and database integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and APA.
- Develop enterprise automation workflows following architecture standards and design best practices.
- Work with AI Agents, Document Automation, Process Discovery, and Intelligent Workflows.
- Build and manage custom and built-in queues, including Workload Management Queues.
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and databases.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Participate in solution-design and code reviews.
- Perform unit and integration testing of automation workflows.




- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues across development and production environments.
- Create and maintain solution-design specifications and technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile development and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the automation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 5 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in RPA and automation development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
- Hands-on experience with APA Agentic Process Automation.
- Experience with bot development, design, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support. The detailed requirement specifically calls for 4+ years of direct A360 experience. JD_A360 APA Dev
- Experience with AI Agents and Document Automation.
- Knowledge of Process Discovery and Intelligent Workflows.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
- Experience working with Workload Management Queues.
- Good understanding of SDLC and automation best practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc.
- Automation Anywhere certifications are preferred.
- Agentic Automation certification and hands-on APA implementation experience are highly desirable; the supplied JD specifically identifies Agentic Automation certification and APA use-case implementation.
