Job Overview

We are hiring an Interior Designer – AutoCAD 3D with strong hands-on experience in 3D interior design and visualization. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and realistic 3D interior designs for residential and commercial projects while coordinating design requirements with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D interior designs and visualizations using AutoCAD, based on concepts and client requirements.
- Create, modify, and refine 3D models according to measurements, materials, site conditions, furniture, and project requirements.
- Coordinate design specifications with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
- Review and update 3D designs based on site progress and client feedback, ensuring accurate dimensions, finishes, furniture placement,



and overall aesthetics.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD 3D and 3D interior design.
- Good understanding of interior layouts, space planning, materials, furniture, and finishes.
- Ability to accurately interpret measurements, drawings, and project requirements.
- Solid visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SketchUp will be an added advantage.
