Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop, modify, and update engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation as required.
- Interpret design concepts, sketches, and technical specifications and convert them into accurate AutoCAD drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable design standards, project specifications, and company requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers and other team members to understand design requirements and resolve drawing-related issues.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and completeness before submission.
- Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings and ensure timely updates as per project requirements.
- Assist in preparing drawings for manufacturing, installation, fabrication,



or project execution, as applicable.
- Make revisions to existing drawings based on feedback from engineers, clients, or project teams.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and familiarity with technical drawing standards.
- Knowledge of drafting principles, dimensions, layouts, annotations, and drawing documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project and engineering teams.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge may also apply.
